The true origin name of Tinoc is TINEK, which conforms to the Kalanguya dialect that has a hard stress on the second syllable. Tinec is a Kalanguya term meaning a prohibitive mud-deep is caused by a pocket ground-bed, thus creating a hollow portion that allows mud and water to fill it.
